Rental Rates

Rate (except congress) per week for four people   

January-February-March : 550 euros 

April : 650,00 €  

May-June : 700,00 €  

July-August : 900,00 € Minimum stay 2 weeks 
September : 600,00 € 

October-November-December : 550,00 € 

Christmas/New Year : 700 € per week  

Extra: End of stay cleaning =60 euros to pay with the balance.  
Gas and electricity to pay when you leave.

Congress: 

1160 euros for the full time congress.

MIPIM: 1500 euros

November and December congress: 800 euros.

 Cleaning will be inclueded for congress.

The booking is confirmed when the 20% deposit payment is received.  
The price given are in EUROS and the rent is per week.
Properties are let fully furnished and equipped. 
The price for all properties includes linen, towels and welcome supplies.
 
The 200 euros security deposit will be returned to you at your departure less gas and electricity and any costs may be caused.
